Her journey in hospitality began in 2009, and since 2013, she has been a beloved figure in Downtown NPR. A devoted mother of five, Tara's heart beats for her community and schools, a commitment that earned her the title of NPR Bartender of the Year. Seth, on the other hand, found his way to NPR at age 11 and dove into the hospitality industry in 1999. With a fervent passion for crafting high-quality, unique, and fun food, Seth has left his mark across Florida. His resume boasts significant roles in establishments such as Tijuana Flats, World of Beer, Tampa Bay Brewing Company, and Longhorn Steakhouse. Together, Seth and Tara have poured their hearts into Steamworks Pub, creating a space that reflects their love for innovative gastronomy, community engagement, and the warm spirit of New Port Richey.
